For years, I felt like I was winging it with my voice and trying to figure out all the worship ministry things on my own. This led me right to a vocal cord injury and ministry burnout.

In this Voice & Vision intensive, we'll dig in together to strengthen your voice, grow your leadership, sharpen your practical ministry skills, dive into the Word, and help you fully embrace (or discern) this wonderful calling the Lord has placed on your life.

This program combines vocal coaching, worship leader coaching, and worship ministry coaching. ​

Along with vocal coaching, your leadership and ministry focus areas will vary based on what we discover in your Voice & Vision Discovery Session.
These areas can include:

Musicality: your own skills and understanding for a worship context (dynamics, Nashville numbers, leading a band, etc)

Worship Team Development: supporting you with knowledge and resources for helping you develop the members of your worship team

Worship Planning: a partner for setlist brainstorming, worship service planning, flow, transitions, help with crafting special services like Christmas, Easter, etc.

Song Prep: from choosing a good song key, to ironing out the tricky and sticky sections, to ways you can prepare mentally and spiritually

Songwriting: fundamentals and some best practices of writing songs for your local church

On Stage Presence and Leadership: working through spoken leadership moments, managing on stage nerves, understanding different physical postures of worship, etc

Biblical Life of Worship Foundations: diving into Biblical principles that guide our worship (both on AND off the stage)

Mindset and Rhythms: examining and working through some of the beliefs, insecurities, and routines that prevent us from stepping fully into our assignments as worshippers and worship leaders
